Sound Dynamix Disc Jockey – $25/hr – $40/hr
Sound Dynamix in Woodstock is currently seeking a Disc Jockey for weekend events. The ideal candidate will have some experience with mixing music, good knowledge of a broad range of music, excellent speaker in front of crowds and some ability to read crowds and keep people on the dance floor throughout the night. Professional appearance and attire are an absolute must as well as a means of transportation with valid driver’s license and ability to lift equipment weighing as much as 40lbs into an event.
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and reliable candidate. While experience is preferred it is not required for the right candidate. Training will be provided. Preference will be given to those located in Woodstock, Ontario. A vast majority of the work will be Saturday nights and can be nearly any kind of event from weddings to birthday parties. Most hours will be as early as 4 p.m. (typically 6 p.m. start) and run through until 1 a.m.
This position pays $25/hr to start ($20 during early training) then moving to $40/hr once fully trained. Above and beyond this, Sound Dynamix will be giving exceptional bonuses for great nights! This work is some of the best fun you can possibly have while getting paid…We’d also appreciate someone that wants to hang out, listen to music and hone your skills after events over a beer. (not kidding here at all).
